This is my brother and i taking the opportunity to have some fun with the sunset... its so easy not to notice how beautiful it is, but if you take a moment to stop and look it can take your breath away...

My Hands so full, they overflow

A chest so tight, and eyes so bright

So much to hold, and truths untold

And then i see, it has gone from me

I slipped and fell, could not hold on

To what i grasped, and with each gasp

More ebbs away, and with each day

I find something gone, I cant hold on

I end with none

A new year... Some new sights

So on the first of this year I flew to Cyprus for two weeks to work with the vets... and these are some shots from some of the sights i glimpsed in the brief moments i wasn't working... 

And so my journey began on an almost empty plane... I think i was the only one foolish enough to be flying on New Years day. I love flying, i love the rush, the feeling in your chest, watching the world drop away from you....

England is like a patchwork quilt and i am amazed everytime i see it...

I dare anyone to say they do not get even a little worried everytime they see this sign... :p
